Does anyone know how spark people calculates recommended calories for the day? I have been doing this a few weeks and have adjusted my fitness goals since I have gotten stronger. SP increased my calorie goal to 1,750 - 2,100 a day. That seems SO HIGH!! How can I possibly lose weight eating that much (my goal is to be 30 lbs less by December)? I find myself trying to eat more calories at the end of the day just to reach that. I almost never reach the carb goal either no matter how many carbs I eat.
