I would cut two days of zumba and add two days of strength training in its place. Zumba only burns calories when you are doing it. Building muscle mass will help you burn more calories even at rest. There are so many benefits to strength training that you really are missing out by not focusing on it more. You may not see immediate benefits, but it will sure help you in the long run when it comes to maintenance.
If you're accounting for all the calories you're burning in your "MyFitness" tab, you should have a good calorie range to support your activity. If you haven't added how many calories a week you're burning, go do it!
2 weeks is still very early, and your body is probably adjusting to your new exercise. It can take some time before your body says "oh we're doing this now?" and starts losing weight.
I finally found an exercise that I love and it's zumba. I have been going to zumba for about 5 times per week for the last two weeks. I have been eating within my range, but have not seen any weight loss yet. Is doing zumba 5x/week too much? I also do some strength training and core exercises, just wondering if perhaps it's too much zumba.
