Hi my name is Tracie,
I own and operate my own business plus help my mom run hers, So I just kinda ate whatever was on hand,which wasn't always the healthiest choice.
Now that the business's are running pretty well I think it is time to focus on myself for a little while does anyone have any tips on how to loose belly fat and tone without killing your self off while your doing it?
