I am new to this whole exercise thing. I jog and walk on a treadmill 3-4 days a week. I bought a very nice pair of running shoes and have no health problems but when I walk fast or jog my toes go numb. I believe I am walking and jogging correctly but don't know why this is happening. My local shoe store suggested I make sure my shoe laces are tight which I did try and it does not seem to help. Anyone else have this problem or have any suggestions for me? I am even thinking of going to a podiatrist to see if he can help.
