MAUIUENO, are you using Sparkpeople's Nutrition Tracker? Hands down it's the greatest invention since sliced (whole wheat) bread. I advise anyone seriously interested in changing his or her lifestyle, to learn it, live it, love it. It is the single greatest tool to enable mindful weight loss. Add exercise* to the formula and you will see unbelievable results, the head-turning kind!

And I came here to celebrate! I planned my meals in the morning and stuck to it!
I blogged more to today and just spent more time here in general.
