Diamond Dallas Page was a wrestler who got hurt and he used YOGA to improve. Priscilla Patrick who taught Yoga on PBS also had back injury when she first tried Yoga. Her site is at

Today was a light day for me. Been running around for the last several weeks to get my body back into shape. But with all the working I have been trying to do it didn't give me that chance to do that til today. I want to end my day strong all though i did something this morning. I think Ill do another 20 minute stretch before going to bed tonight. well signing off now will be back on tomorrow
