I woke up without hitting the snooze button. I walked the dogs and they ran out of steam before I did! I feel so confident!

Good for you! I set a goal of burning 200 hundred calories and the gym today and I did a little more. Goal setting is one of the good habits I am trying to cultivate so I am really happy! And for the first time since I joined spark I was within my calorie range! :)

I ate healthy snack options, and treadmilled for an hour. I came home to spark. I am about to end a four star day!
