I am new to SP and still trying to figure out all the gadgets. I have lost a million pounds but need support getting 100 pounds off and keeping it off, exercising and taking care of myself. My loving hubby is still the same weight that I found him over 36 years ago.
Today is almost over and I have accomplished all my goals for the day.
Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass... it's about learning how to dance in the rain.
