I chose today because it was both the start of a new week and a new month, seemed perfect for me! Plus I love October, it is my fave month, the harvest is coming in, the leaves are changing, and Autumn is in full swing here in Maine! Also my first goal date is 10/31, Halloween, my favorite holiday!!!
My goals for the month are pretty simple:
Run/Walk 1x a week
Yoga 1x a week
Lose 4 lbs!
