Hi! It is my first day also!!! I am almost a 42 yr old woman...married almost 25 years to the man I Love and 2 great kids...both sophomores...one in college and one in high school. Between aging, loving food, and some thyroid problems...I have put on about 30 pounds over the last few years! Time to stick to it and LOSE it.

This is so important to weight loss and healthy living! You can also learn ways to exercise at home and sneak exercise into your day. Getting more exercise will help you to feel less tired (I know, it doesn't sound like it should work that way, but it does.) There is so much information here, and it's all free! Check in every day and take advantage of all that this site has to offer. You'll be glad you did.

Hi! I am starting today. I am tried of being tired. I don't have a real support group I can talk to so I am now going to take advantage of the groups and maybe meet new friends I can talk to along the way. Thanks for you help.
