We all need to reward ourselves a bit more--and not with food! You planted a seed and I think I will set a new goal this week and reward myself if it is achieved.

I did my best today, tomorrow I will do even better.

You know SparkPeople I have not rewarded myself of my diet & exercise ans so today, I did it. Went Kroger's grocery shopping and I noticed candle's. My favorite scent is Lavender. I usually say my morning & night prayers w/ a lighted candle. Well, I needed a new one but this little larger caught my eye and I bought it. And, I alway's include all of the Sparkpeople, too. So, if you feel something just about now or at 1:30 am it is me. God Bless.
