I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too!

Hi Debbie and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! Get familiar with everything here and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. Use the team search bar and type in things like your interests/hobbies or the first number of your age followed by a 0 and something. Example - "30 something", good luck on your journey.

My name is Debbie, am 46 yrs old & I live in Bradenton, FL. I am starting over again with getting fit & eating healthier. This is an ongoing process for me. I am wanting to get rid of 50 lbs + by the end of 2013. I think that is reasonable.
