Try not to worry ! You've already made a great start by getting in your morning workout. I'm sure if you take a good look at the school menu, you should be able to find something healthy. Schools are supposed to provide nutritious meals to their students. I know they aren't perfect, but I'm sure there must be options. So, you do the best you can. If they offer veggies for sides, take the veggies instead of the fries. if they have fresh fruit, grab a piece of fruit. If they have a yogurt, grab a yogurt. Do they have salad ? Even my school had a salad bar, have a small salad with lunch or even a large salad as lunch.
If you want to have a burger, that's okay. just be mindful of the portion. You don't have to deprive yourself to be healthy. Just watch your portions, that's all.

this morning when i woke up i decided that today was going to be a better day even though is raining however i went to the gym this morning at 6:00am exercised for 30m then went back home get ready for school. Now is almost lunch time i dont know what to do cuz school lunch is not healthy and i didn't bring my lunch. i need some idvice of what to do or what to eat that helps me to loos weight thank's....
