this morning when i woke up i decided that today was going to be a better day even though is raining however i went to the gym this morning at 6:00am exercised for 30m then went back home get ready for school. Now is almost lunch time i dont know what to do cuz school lunch is not healthy and i didn't bring my lunch. i need some idvice of what to do or what to eat that helps me to loos weight thank's....
