Today I hit my WooHoo Button!! I just got my weight checked. I'm down 22 pounds WooHoo!
I have doing zumba classes at home and dvd of jazzercise more dancing. So I will dance my way to a thiner me. So I came home and hit my Woo Hoo Button !!! I do zumba classes about three nights a week and do Jazzercise three nites a week with one night off. on Feb. 7
the class of the nite is Jazzercise latin live that i got a walmart. I now have 73 more pounds to come off before Dec. 31, 2013 . I will keep doing as much dance as I can. Come the summer I will add swimming to my workout and bike riding.
