MARTI2318, you have found the formula: eating less and moving more! If you can keep both of those going until you hit goal, you will see results far beyond your wildest imagination. Also, when you do hit your ultimate goal, keep up the eating right and moving more mantra! I know from personal experience that if you do exactly what you are doing (I did essentially the same thing: Official Sparkpeople month long bootcamp challenges plus eating less), eyes will pop and heads will turn at the sight of the New You. I kid you not. This will happen. Eating less loses the weight; moving more sculpts your body. The Eventual Reveal will astound them and you.
I'll have to check out our walmart to see if they have any fun videos - I LOVE to dance!

Today I hit my WooHoo Button!! I just got my weight checked. I'm down 22 pounds WooHoo!
I have doing zumba classes at home and dvd of jazzercise more dancing. So I will dance my way to a thiner me. So I came home and hit my Woo Hoo Button !!! I do zumba classes about three nights a week and do Jazzercise three nites a week with one night off. on Feb. 7 the class of the nite is Jazzercise latin live that i got a walmart. I now have 73 more pounds to come off before Dec. 31, 2013 . I will keep doing as much dance as I can. Come the summer I will add swimming to my workout and bike riding.
