To be mindful of what I am eating, today is food day at work, and there are so many donuts, cookies and pies in the break room, just don't want to eat crappy all day... will try and stick to some of my fruit..... Wish me luck!!!

I'm feeling super motivated today as I look at my vision boards! Today my goals are to hit my water intake goal, eat lots of clean protein, reach my veggie intake goal, and to take a walk with my kiddos after work. I just keep telling myself " " and I know I can!
my goal for the next week is to shift my weight onto one leg and stand on that leg for a couple of seconds, and then shift the weight to the other leg and stand on it. we lose ability slowly, until it's gone and we don't notice it until we need to do it. this is part of my recovery from my hip replacement surgery, balance and strength and standing up straight.

It was to go to the gym and do my strength training then an easy 30min run outside. Check, Check BUT I also got roped into a gym challenge as I waited for my partner to finish his workout. So I ended up doing the 1500m row challenge and just HAD to beat the last guy. Shredded 800calories in total between gym, run and challenge! My mate told me he could hear me grunting across the gym but in my defense I had to beat the other guy. I'm a gal after all!
My goal is to get all my new files set up and organized alphabetically, get the information I need to disseminate out ther to those who need it, and have my desk cleared before 5 PM. My secondary goal is to make sure I get my walking in before I get home and veg for the rest of the evening!
