I don't color mine at all. Never have and at fifty-two, never will. I love my grays, get a lot of compliments on my hair and am looking forward to the day it's all silver.

I feel great!

I color my hair every two months. A box of hair color is not expensive and it is so easy to do!

I wear medium length hair and I color every 6 weeks cause I am not ready to let it go natural just yet...there is a lot of gray in there and I like the way I look with freshly colored hair!

I wear my hair long so do not want to damage it by using products to color my hair. I think healthy hair not the color is most attractive.

I just let my hair be. I have salt & pepper hair, didn't want the expense and hassle of coloring.

hmmm... had to think about that a while.

I guess I don't need to color my hair "just to make yourself feel good." My self-esteem is not linked to hair color.

I DO get mild golden highlights every summer, as that brings out the gold flecks in my green eyes.

I would not need to do that if I laid out in the sun like I used to... the sun does a wonderful highlight job on my hair but is so bad for my skin!

How often do you colour your hair just to make yourself feel good.
How much to too much for hair colouring?
