Hi everyone! I am 39 and soon to be married to my wonderful sweetheart. 6 years ago I lost 85 pounds and have kept it off for the most part. I fluctuate in a 10 pound range of 165-175. Since I moved in with my Fiance and our combined 13 (10 at home) kids, I have been having a really hard time staying on track with healthy food choices and exercise. I used to be a Massage Therapist and I quit doing that a few months ago because I was in a lot of pain from working too hard. I also wanted to be a full time stay at home mom, we also homeschool.

I am sooooo ready to lose 20 pounds and fit into my clothes a little better, have more energy, start working out, make healthy food choices and prepare myself for a long healthy life in which I feel good everyday. The worst thing in life is not having your health. My main goal is to feel my best and not have any health problems.

I really want to do this with support from others. I know it helps. If anyone wants to be buddies please let me know. I would be grateful and will be a cheerful positive person to have on your team.
