I am new at Spark People but have found in the short time here you have so many friends that want to support you do a simple spark page and get your self some spark friends for the support you and hints to continue on with this Journey. take one day at a time and it might one meal at time some days. and remember don't give up if you have one bad meal pick your self up and continue on this is something i also need to remember keep going like the little train i think i can i think i can and once you get to the top of hill and are heading you say I knew i could good luck and don't give up. it great you have set a goal to reach for. and then keep adding a new one.
Hi Everyone, I am new to sparkpeople. I am 65, married for almost 45 years, mother to 4 grown sons and Nana to 6 amazing grandkids. I have been struggling losing weight for years - even when I really didn't need to. I have asked my friends of we could be accountable to each other but none have followed through with it. I want to commit for the next month to lose 2 lbs and week and at least exercise for 10 minutes a day. Thanks
