If you are doing everything right-exercise, tracking and drinking your water, the scale with catch up. Take those measurements. Are your clothes fitting different? There's more to it than the number on the scale.

I have visited the SparkPeople site over the past 3 or so years. As long as I keep continuing in a forward motion I will lose my weight and get more fit! I am a widow of 20 months, have 2 sons and10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson due in October.
I have a lot to live for, first and foremost is my love for Jesus Christ, and as a believer I know He has not given up on me, so I won't give up on myself.
