You sound like an incredible person. The most important thing to remember is to be good to yourself and give yourself a pat on the back. If you can, fit in at least 10 minutes of quiet time to rejuvenate. I understand it is hard, I have been there, but be good to yourself, even if it is in a little reward here and there.

I am a wife and mom of three (22,18,5), one of which is adopted, and we are in process to adopt two more(4, 2). I find myself tired all the time and I am sick of it. I have to change it or my two newest little ones and their 5 year old sister and going to run over me :). I have struggled with weigh since I was pregnant with my son (now 18), I was in a car accident and went into early labor and was put on some nasty meds and strict bed rest. It is weird but it is like a switch was flipped in my body and my metabolism killed over. Anyway... I have a goal of losing about 50 lbs by November. Since our kiddos should be home around that time. The weight matters but mostly I need the strength and energy to keep up with them. Oh and to add to the fun I have pretty serious grass and dust mite allergy, and due to overreaction, I cannot take any medicine for it..... sooooo now you know why I am tired... but these kids are coming, and I am determined to be ready for it!!!!
