Welcome and good luck!!!

I do not believe in making resolutions either. Instead my goals for 2013 are to lose 75 pounds and run 500 miles. Had a good start yesterday as I got out and ran 2.7 miles.

THE JOY OF DISCIPLINE OR THE PAIN OF REGRET. WHICH WILL IT BE TODAY?

Discipline is doing what you don't want to do so you can do what you really want to do."

People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing- that's why we recommend it daily.

It is a new year and I am not making the resolution to lose weight...instead, I am just ready to change my life. I want to change my eating habits and gain a better understanding of healthy eating.

I am a 34 year old mother who gave birth to twins 8 months ago and unfortunately, I have gained so much weight since having them and the scale seems to be going up. My husband found this website for me because my weight gain and because I am ready for a change!!

I am hoping this is a supportive community that can assist me by giving me tips on healthy eating and exercise to help me in my weight loss journey.

God bless and Happy New Year!
