Lots of great suggestions - especially the one where you ask for the 'to go' box immediately - then you're not going to just keep eating (out of sight; out of mind).

If I had a Keg close by - I'd go with steak or grilled chicken, and a salad or veggies, and I'd leave behind the potato or fries - but that's me - I rarely eat potatoes.

If you like it, the Creole chicken (by looking at the mneu) is very reasonable.

Just look at the menus, decide what you like, and check the nutrition and change the combos from there if you wish.

Then you can enjoy yourself! DOn't forget to not drink your calories unless you expected them, and each bite counts!!!

Also, depending on their portion size, you can always ask for a box right away and IMMEDIATELY put half into it.

Mixed field greens with chicken added. I would box up 1/2 of the chicken bc it is a large portion.

You can look up the nutritional info on their dishes here: www.kegsteakhouse.com/en/nutritional-chart

. It looks like they have some cuts of steak that are reasonable if you have them with veggies or baked potato as the side.

I usually think of steak at the Keg, so perhaps a small steak (or cut one in half and put in a to-go box), baked potato (watch the toppings), veggies, and a salad with the dressing on the side?
