Most of these or pretty obvious I think, but for someone struggling to drink enough water, maybe they will help:
1. Always have a water bottle with you. And have one of the 24oz or even a quart size so you don't have to constantly be looking to refill it. 8 glasses of water is only 2 quart size bottles.
2. If you really don't like the "taste" of water try adding lemon or lime juice (the fresh kind). Personally I stay away from the powder flavoring but I know some people who they really help with water consumption.
3. For a change of pace try carbonated water. There's plenty on the market with 0 calories and only water and carbonation as the ingredients. There's also some flavored kinds that still have 0 calories and natural flavor (although be careful with that).
