I keep eight pennies on the kitchen counter and move them over from one pile to another as i drink...to help keep track and encourage myself.
as well, I drink 2 glasses before breakfast, 2 with workout, and almost always drink a full 8 ounces at a time as i do not enjoy sipping. Also, I make myself a BIG (2 cups worth) of tisane (fruity flavors are delicious) in the afternoon and sip that. Also, I drink full cup before lunch and dinner and another with my meal to sip on...

Start early, get up have 2 cups before breakfast. keep a cup glass at my desk, which i drink while working. usually just after lunch I have had my 8 cups

In order to get my 8 + cups of water in I have been using contigo water bottles from Costco. each bottle holds 3 cups of water. I refill it twice after my first bottle in the morning, and I make an effort to finish the first two before noon. This usually works for me, its quick, convenient and much better for the environment than plastic water bottles you buy from the store.

I have been trying to find a easier way to make sure I get my full 8 glasses. I hat constantly getting a bunch of 16oz bottles.

Yes, keep a full bottle near you and keep grabbing while you are on computer, at work or at home, and if it is close and handy and ready it really helps.
