It really and truly does add up. If you can consistently do going forward what you have done for the past two days, you will see UNBELIEVABLE results. I kid you not. The transformation will make those who haven't seen you lately actually gasp! And then they will tell you that you look absolutely beautiful! Mark my words.

For 2 days in a row I've eaten perfectly and went for a walk. It's not big but compared to what I've been doing it's got me feeling pretty good.
