Believe me, I am not a pro at finding my way around SparkPeople, usually get there just by accident emoticon
Go to your "Start" Page. Scroll down and watch on the left side. There should be a place where you can click on your "Spark Page" or "Go to my Blog"
Once on your Spark Page you can set up to include timelines.

Hi Everyone,

While I have been on my weight loss journey since November 2013, I am new to using Sparkpeople on a regular basis. I have lost 30 lbs and continue to lose 1-1.5 lbs a week. I am determined!

I noticed that on many people's posts there are timelines with progress and goals. Can someone tell me how to create these?
