Welcome back! I must say, I am in pretty much the same boat as you....I've been here so many times it makes my head spin to think about it. Then, when I have a bad week, I "check out" and decide it doesn't work and move on to another site or a different diet. It's time for me to come back completely and stick it out, good or bad, and see things through.
I'd love to find some new "Spark" friends too, so please feel free to send me a friend request!
Feels funny to have found myself on the 'Introduce Yourself' page when I've been a member of Sparkpeople since 2008. I feel its time to not only introduce myself to all of you but also to myself...I haven't been very active on here for almost 2 years and it goes to show how I've 'checked out' of my own health and well being. It's time for me to start putting myself first and hope to meet some new buddies that are also on the track of picking themselves back up. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! :)
