I have been consistent and the patience and the weight is dropping off. I started at almost 110 and now as of this morning I was down to 105.2 which has been my weight for the last 3 days. I am now looking to maybe shed another lb or so and stay there!
My stomach lookers leaner and I am happy with the way I am keeping my nutrition in check. My workouts have been consistent and with the way I have been spacing out my meals I have been keeping my energy consistent without coffee :)
Jump this morning consisted of 25 minutes of cardio and a lifting for legs. After a quick shower I was feeling spent and could not wait to refuel at home. Has a great smoothie with frozen strawberries and whey protein. Have to really take a look at my calorie in take and evaluate where the calories are coming from because even losing a lb is getting more difficult everyday.
It is strange what worked for me 3 years ago is clearly not working for me now and I would be lying if I did not say I was exhausted and overly frustrated. So going to have to tweak somethings and stay the course. More importantly I need to be patient -- very patient.
