Hello fellow sparkers, sparkies,sparkdudes or sparkdudets, I guess I started an account 2 years ago on here but never used it.Well I am now going to use these great tools on here daily to help my final push to my final goal.I started this journey at 266 pounds and could hardly walk a mile let alone run one.I am now at 194 and run 6 to 10 miles pretty much everyday, my goal is to get to 179 and I am going to hit it hard now to get there with your help.Thanks in advance for your support!!
