It is good you came back! I think overcoming challenges like holiday lapses is one of the most important lessons in learning a long-term healthy lifestyle! Spark ON!

I had a great fall in terms of eating healthy and losing weight, but the holidays have been tough. I regained about 10 lbs since Thanksgiving and have not gotten back into a consistent routine. I am starting this weekend by re-committing to a healthy lifestyle and taking the slow, steady approach. I know I will have setbacks but I won't let them take me back to my old unhealthy habits. emoticon
