Use the tools that are here; food and exercise trackers, videos, the spark radio station, the recipes by chef meg, the exercises by coach nicole.

But my favorite things are the teams. Why would you choose one buddy when you can have a whole team routing for you?

Hi, I'm Tanya. I am brand new to sparkle. My sister-in-law gave me Fit & Fresh portion control containers for the lunches I bring to work, as my Christmas gift. I found in them a flyer for Spark People. I have never carried a commitment of health and fitness for longer than a few months. I need to make it a lifetime commitment in order to change. My physical body and life enjoyment are going to depend on this. I am going to do this because I have a chance to change. My genetic make-up was not lucky in the department of a natural, "born fit", jock or walking anatomical athletic machine. I know it must be possible to turn any body into a strong, healthy, and flexible house. Everyone just needs their own routine program designed for them. I guess I never had a well designed program or the support with it. Before I bore you further I just wanted to say a bit on why I am trying to move forward and if any one is out there like me please share anything you can based on your experience that may help shed some light on how I can proceed. Good luck to all of you committing to a new and better year!
