I spend more time working out as I have my clean eating down to a science of quick easy healthy meals. I workout 6 days a week at an hour each time.

I definitely spend more time cooking because I do it 3 times every day. I do try to add elements of working out while cooking, like doing squats while at the stove, walking laps around the house while waiting for water to boil, doing a few arm curls with the heavy cans before opening them. It doesn't add much time to cooking, and it burns a few extra calories.
