You probably don't want to weigh yourself too often anyway (once a week is fine) due to the usual day-to-day fluctuations... Waiting out that TOM shouldn't be much longer than that. I personally avoid weighing myself then because I know the number I'll see is inaccurate due to water retention.
Well, i did weigh in this month during TOM, but I wish I didn't. 2.5lb gain. Everyone is right, no one needs to see that.

I skip that week. Normally I don't gain too much, but I don't weigh if I think TOM is going to interfere. Too much of a mental issues with the scale. I frankly don't weigh much anymore and just go by my clothes and energy levels.
I avoid it. I don;t think it is good to see the increase even if it is temporary.

So now that my time of the month is days away and so is my weigh in date i need help figuring out if i should weigh in at this time as it is an unfair disadvantage being bloated and carrying more water weight at this time. What do you think? do you weigh in at this time?
