Hi, I joined Sparkpeople about a year ago, but don't think I was using it to its full potential. Since it is a new year I figure it is time to try new things....the old obviously wasn't working...lol. I am trying to make healthy changes in my life for myself and my family. I have two children 13 and 17 and I am also lucky to have a wonderful husband, of 18years, who is supportive in my endeavours to improve my lifestyle as well as that of our family. I look forward to any motivation and encouragement and hope that I can provide some to others as well.

No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody still sitting on the couch.
