Hi All! My name is Whitney, and I'm back on SparkPeople looking for a reboot after close to a year of nursing a back and ankle injury. I'm getting ready to start off my "new" healthy program with 3 weeks on the Whole Living Action Plan. Anyone out there also working to lose some weight following REAL food plans?? (no 0 carb, low-fat, etc for me - I want real food, not processed or fake).
