My scale says 243.6 today! That is 100 lbs. more than i should weigh! How in the world did I get here? My mom died at age 62 with diabetes and a heart attack! I now have high blood pressure and I don't want to die! I'm positive I've been in a depression for a few years now. I also know I'm an emotional eater. I'm going through menopause too! All of this aside I love life and want to feel and look better so lets get going!
