It's not a race to the end but a journey to learn what you need to do to be healthy for the long term. I wonder if there are other changes happening -- like inches lost. The scale is so sensitive to everything and not the best way to gauge your success in becoming healthy. Good luck!! And keep tracking!

Hi, I am new to Spark. I finally got tired of being 179IB, been on a 1200 calorie healthy eating diet for about 2 weeks now. I log all my food with Fitness tracker and I lost 4Ib in the first week but now struggling to loose more weight. I do have a Thyroid issue and am taking meds so maybe this makes it more challenging.
My friend lost 24IB on Naturally slim, am I doing something wrong? How can I speed up my weight loss?
