Hooray for you. Keep it up. I've only had pop twice in the last three week. That's down from four a day. It's hard but it needs to be done.

Today marks three weeks without soda or Starbucks and I feel great! I'm sleeping better and I have more energy. I had a serious Dr. Pepper and Starbucks habit but I think I've kicked it! Starbucks even sent me a gold card to reward my addiction last year but I didn't go back!
Inch by inch, day by day I'm going to make these pounds go away!
