well i love it as a replacement for sourcream but i cannot stomach it as yogurt. its just too thick and heavy and sour...BLEH! no amount of fruit or flavor can fix it for me. but i love love love it on mexican food, chili and dips!

Don't know if it really good for you but I love it and have one every morning with fresh unsweetened cranberries and 1/4 c of fiber one cereal.

I love it. Slowly I have gotten to plain with 0% fat and I mix in fresh fruit. Little changes over time has improved my health

I like it, but not plain. I usually buy the ones with fruit or add cereal like Kashi Go Lean's Fruit and Berry Crunch.

I love it! I use it in place of mayo for tuna salad and deviled eggs. I sometimes blend up a variety of fruit and mix it in with plain greek yogurt. There are so many recipes for it too! Its actually weird because when plain, I HATE the taste of greek yogurt but mixed with almost anything is delicious.

I love Greek yogurt..its so thick and satisfying and very high in protein..i usually buy the plain and put blueberries in it.

[1] Love it.

[2] I always make sure it's just 'strained' more or less regular yogurt, not regular yogurt thickened with pectin and the like.

[3] I love using as a replacement for sour cream or even cream cheese in numerous recipes; also love it on its own or with honey, berries, and the like.

[4] I get 'non-fat' at times, but I prefer at least *some* fat in it ... all the better for fat soluble vitamins and such.

[5] And I like making my own (regualr or Greek yogurt) in the Crock Pot.

I love Greek Yogurt! I use the plain low fat option when available, and will mix it with fruit, no sugar preserves, or in smoothie.

I love the taste and texture of Greek yogurt but after researching the ill effects of milk and milk products I have switched to Soy or Coconut milk yogurts....sigh!

We really like Greek Yogurt. Dh has been getting the Zoi Brand now. The plain we are using to replace in recipes that normally call for Sour Cream. It's good.

I love Greek yogurt and can no longer eat that other stuff, especially Yoplait. Yoplait and it's competition taste fake and thin to me. I love Greek because it's thinker, higher in protein and tastes much better. I usually buy Chobani and Fage

When I compared Greek yogurt to my regular store-brand yogurt, it was higher in fat & calories...and only a teeny bit more protein. Personally, I don't like thick chunky yogurt...so I still eat my regular yogurt. :)

I have always liked greek yogurt. I eat mostly Chobani and have really started to like it just plain. Somehow the flavored ones have become too sweet for me to eat.

I am far from a yogurt expert but I have started eating a chobani yogurt for lunch on the days that I work because I have trouble getting enough protein in my diet. The extra protein helps me meet my requirements.

I eat the regular full fat yogurt but not more then a tablespoon at a time. I think it is great for your intestinal tract. I don't believe in low-fat altered food.

At first I didn't like the Greek yogurt but as I kept trying it in different ways, it has become my only choice for yogurt. Love, love it in Smoothies. Make it real creamy. I also put a tbsp of unsweetened blackberry preserves in and eat it with some walnuts.

As long as I can remember, I've loved yogurt. I particularly liked Yoplait and all the flavors they had to offer. But recently I've been hearing that Greek yogurt is better for you - lower in fat, higher in protein, all that good stuff. So I made the switch to Chobani, and at first I was not having it. It was thicker than regular yogurt, and here was a particular smell that, while it wasn't overpowering, it was still off-putting for me. Still, I tried to stick with it, and eventually I grew to love it. I try now to have it once a day, since 1 cup of it is (for me) about a third of my daily recommended amount of protein. I'll have it with fruit, cereal, or I'll put it in smoothies.
So what do you think about Greek yogurt? Yay or nay?
