I don't know anything about that product and don't do supplements, but I know that some people who are taking supplements feel better about how they are taking care of themselves. As a nurse, my only concern is if you are on any prescribed meds. If so, you need to inform the doc that you are taking the supplements many have interactions with other things.

I have been taking garcinia cambogia extract. I found some info online and added it to my supplement list (which is very small). Has anyone else taken this? What have your results been? I do find that I have more energy and I am sleeping a lot better. The appetite suppressant hasn't been that noticeable, but I don't really care about that part of it.
