Thank you all for your feedback! I know none of those "as seen on TV" things are legit but thought I'd survey folks in case anyone had any basic luck with it. Some one gave it to my brother & now he wants to get rid of it. I guess his wife likes it but it doesn't go with the "feng shui" of her wellness room.
There is a reason why someone is giving it away. Don't waste your space or time with this. There are much more effective, functional ways to target your core. Make sure you hit your abs, obliques and back.

The price of the space the thing would take up in my house would make it not worth it to me. These kinds of limited fitness gadgets rarely work as claimed, and this one provides no benefits that you can't get on your own... sans equipment. The main thing to remember is that these things always claim to target fat in whatever area they target... something that's patently impossible.
I'd skip it... free or not.

I have a chance to get an Ab Lounger for free....not really familiar with the product but googled it for reviews & it seems to be a back stretcher more than anything else. Does anyone here on SP have any opinions or comments on this item? Is it worth the price if the price is free? thanks!
