Last night we almost lost our beloved dog (no worries, she is home resting comfortably now). I was up all night long with her and extremely stressed. I feared I'd resort to food, the way I usually do under stress, but this time, instead of eating, I breathed through it. Sounds silly, I know, but I'm still following my diet, and I've had no sleep and a lot of emotional ups and downs in the past 36 hours. I learned I am a lot stronger than I thought, and I can do this. Best wishes to all my Spark Peeps!
