I have been using the nutrition tracker (in the sense that I have been tracking what I eat); what it is telling me is that I am eating too much. I've cut back quite a bit but need to cut back more. Working on that now. Cooking helps!

UUSUZANNE, if you can incorporate the Nutrition Tracker into your life, you will see unbelievable results. Learn it, love it, live it. Once you become familiar with it, and use it the way God intended, you will start dropping the weight. PLUS, when you combine the Nutrition Tracker with the exercise that you are currently doing, you're gonna absolutely love the results.
It's funny how it sort of sneaks up on you, isn't it? Congratulations on your motivation to keep exercising - it really makes a difference. Keep up the good work!

That's great! I think measuring is the way to go the scale only tells a number that fluctuates often whether you have lost or not. Yay for you!!!!

Good for you! All victories are not on the scale! Keep that exercise going, and try measuring and tracking your food to get the weight loss going. I have that problem too... I love food and it must love me judging by the way it clings to me! LOL Keep that Spark burning.

Since I started this particular phase of my weight loss/control saga, I've increased my exercise considerably, but food has been more problematic. I haven't lost any weight, although I am getting much stronger, and I didn't really notice my clothes fitting any differently, either. But today I measured myself for the first time since August, and I've lost at least an inch from both my waist and hips! I put on a quarter inch on my neck, but it's skinny (the only part of me that is!) so maybe that's muscle.
