I have been here before but never followed through past initial setup and a couple of subsequent food and fitness posts. This time, I intend to go for it. I need to lose 17.2 lbs to reach my goal weight of 125. I have an elliptical trainer in my living room for my cardio and a membership at L.A. Fitness for my strength training. I had maintained my weight below this goal weight and a good level of physical fitness until about 4 years ago when I changed jobs and moved to another town. I love my new job and new town, but I gradually dropped my healthy habits. It is time to take those back, and I have the tools necessary to do that. I have come here for support. I tend to be a little obsessive about things that are "documented" so this should complete my set of tools to get back to my "old self" - maybe even better!
