This is my first post here, i've only been doing sparkpeople for 2 days now, but i'm really enjoying it so far! I have to say, tracking the foods I eat online and having it show how many calories/fat/ etc I have left for the day is helping me! I'm really looking forward to seeing if this really works for me! And I hope to meet some new people here along the way!

I have only been doing this a little over a week, and I have to let you all know that this works!!! I had pre-planned my fitness this week to see if seeing it there in front of me would encourage me to workout even though I'd just gotten off work (12 hour shift). It did. Even though working out was not what I wanted to do after work, I did it anyway because I'd planned it out. And if I'm going to reach my goals I need to stick to it. Seeing how many calories and hours I have left to burn this week is a real motivator! Welcome everyone!!!--Annette
