We just made banana ice cream last night! It really has the texture of regular ice cream and the flavor was great! We plan to try different varieties with it like chocolate and coffee. What a yummy guilt free treat!!!!

I've made frozen banana ice cream. No other ingredients than the banana. When it pulses, it turns creamy just like ice cream. emoticon

Every time I have to fast for bloodwork I bring a banana with me. I slowly eat it when all the blood is drawn. It really helps the nausea and dizzeness often associated with fasting.

Most days I have two bananas, this practice of eating two a day has helped me stop taking Potassium pills!!

I LOVE bananas. They are so easy to eat and don't make a mess. I'm so glad to hear that they won't become "extinct"!

I just bought the YoNana at Bed Bath and Beyond. You make great tasting ice cream instantly with frozen bananas and other frozen fruit added to it. I eat one serving and put the other into a Popsicle mold and freeze that to enjoy later. since it is only fruit, there is no need to add sugar or artificial sweeteners, and there is no water to make the Popsicle so icy hard that you can hardly eat it. It is a great way to get you fruit and satisfy your craving for creamy, real ice cream...YUM
