Rest so you will have more energy to fight off the germs that are making you ill...stick with non-irritating foods that are gentle on the stomach. Salted crackers,Soda crackers,Bland cereal ,Dry toast ,Rice Tapioca ,Boiled or baked potatoes, Bananas,Applesauce, Chamomile tea, chicken soup and plain yogurt maybe with a little honey as honey fights bacteria too!

I don't feel much like eating, but I am trying to get in fruits, vegetables and protein, and lots of water. Even though I'm running a temp (101.8 last night) the doctor doesn't want to see me because really, there's nothing that can be done. Seven to ten days of this...yikes. It's so unpleasant. I have to see what I might be able to eat for breakfast...not that I feel like eating anything.
