I applaud that you asked for the nutrition menu before ordering and changed your plans based on calories and what would make you have a successful day. I am sure you were on a true adrenaline high all while you were working out from your friends comments about the changes you have made.

Hi Everyone, So yesterday one of my really good friends came up to see me and she wanted to go to Chili's and I'm thinking can I handle going to a Restaurant after being soo good these past 3 Months and Eating Healthy! Of course I didn't wanna disappoint her so I caved and went! Omg so I was thinking what am I gonna Eat here that's not going to Kill my Progress. So the server comes over and says what can I get you to Drink and I was good and said Water with Lemon please. Next I looked over the Menu and I was like Hmm what am I going to have. I looked at The Santa Fe Salad & I was like yeah that's a good choice. So I was thinking but I remember a Article I read on Sparkpeople about Restaurant Salads and how they are not as Healthy as they claim to be so when the Waitress came back with my Water with Lemon I asked for a Nutrition Menu with all the Items Listed they serve! At first she looked at me weird and I was okay with that and than she came back! Omg I'm soo glad I looked up The Santa Fe Salad before I ordered it because it was 700 cal Oh that would of Killed my whole day if I would of Ate that! Okay soo the Old Me would of been like give me your Biggest Steak and Double Mash Potatoes and Vegetables Umm Noo Not for me! So yeah I've changed big time, and it feels good! So I looked at the Nutrition Menu and went with The 6oz Sirloin with Steamed Broccoli, and Black Beans which was only 250 cal. My friend on the other hand which is Super Skinny lucky her ordered an Appetizer of Cheese Fries, and her main dish was Pork Ribs! She told me have some of these Cheese Fries and I said No Thanks and continued to drink my Lemon Water, and I was thinking Omg I just refused Cheese Fries that's big! When my Meal came to the Table my friend laughed at my plate and was like that's all you are eating and I was like yup it is! And I enjoyed my Small Meal and was like yeah and I was proud of myself! After I ate my Meal my friend ordered Dessert and she got the Chocolate Chip Paradise and it looked really good and again she offered me some & I was like Noo Thanks and Smiled and I just watched her indulge & I was thinking Wow I have really changed because before I would not of had just a Huge Steak and Loaded Mashed Potatoes or Fries but I would also get the Biggest Dessert too! After my friend and me finished Eating and she had to leave before she left she said Man I am soo proud of you & she was like you really are a different person! That made me feel even better! After I went home and after an Hour passed I than did my 71 Minutes of Aerobics and boy did I feel good! I know this was a long Blog but its Important to me to be totally honest and realize that yesterday was a big test and I passed! So moral of my story is this if you really want something soo bad you will let nothing stand in your way! Alright thanks for reading have a great day! :)
