I think I have done it. I think I am back on track. Since being back on here I have lost a few kilos which I am really happy about. I am more positive about what I eat and it is no longer a chore for me to find food that I enjoy and feel guilty for eating it. I still need to log everything that I eat but with me planning ahead I am a little more in control of what I do eat. My goal is still 59kg but I will be happy to sit at around 63 - 65 kg. I just want to say that I have lost 40kg and then work my way from there. I am organized today I have made my sandwich for lunch, getting groceries tonight so got dinner all organized so I am halfway there. Got a day out and about in the car today, so that is why I am organized with lunch or I might stop somewhere and eat a helping of Chinese which I am hankering for.
