So... it finally hit me. There's no denying it. I'm over 50. Even though my eating habits and work life haven't changed much, my metabolism has. I do not like this one bit! I want to be fabulous fifty! And look younger, and feel younger! Something needs to change.
I've two teenage boys at home that resist all my efforts to eat healthier meals. My youngest is autistic and struggles with his own weight issues but resists any guidance from me. My hope is to learn some new tricks and menus to help us all, and get back to where I can stand to look at myself in the mirror and shop for clothes.
